Controlling ghost posters

May I ask why more isn't being done to manage the mind bending number of ghost posters on here? Back in the late 90's and early 2000's Shrink et al kept things kosher here and no one had the need to "ghost post"

I really miss the old days of the perscription, lively banter, intelligent discourse, the ocassional flame but not this crazy anti vax nutjob bullshit day in and day out
